Stark Urban League appoints board chairman The Repository CANTON – The Greater Stark County Urban League appointed Ralph Lee Jr. as board chairman at its annual meeting in July.  The board sets strategic direction and policy to guide the League’s work of advancing economic, health, educational and social progress for African Americans and the underserved. Lee joined Kenan Advantage Group as chief human resources officer in 2017. Prior to joining Kenan Advantage, he served in human resource leadership positions at Total Quality Logistics, Cintas Corp. and Comair Airlines. He is the chairman for the National Diversity Council for the American Red Cross and the Eric Snow YMCA. He is on the board of the Cleveland Clinic Mercy Health Foundation, and the Canton City Chamber of Commerce Executive Board.
