PADUCAH, Ky. (KFVS) - City Manager Jim Arndt informed the Board of Commissioners and the Leadership Team that he intends to leave Paducah when his contract expires on June 30.
Arndt is planning to move back home to Charleston, Illinois, to be closer to family.
Arndt also plans to pursue his dream of becoming a business owner.
