2 Dubai chefs are teaming up for a cool collaboration in D3 next week
Two nights, four hands, seven courses…
Two of Dubai’s most exciting chefs are joining forces for what promises to be a cracking collaboration next week. On Monday March 8 and Tuesday March 9, Chef Akmal Anuar (of 3 Fils and Goldfish fame) will be teaming up with Adwait Anantwar of Mohalla to create a seven-course menu of Indian-meets-Japanese dishes.
Dubai Design District restaurant Mohalla will be the setting for the multi-course feast. Over seven courses, then chefs will mesh the street food favourites of India and Japan into a flavour-packed menu that celebrates the ingredients, cooking techniques and culinary heritage of each country.
