Here s how to report nitrous oxide cannisters in Dudley borough - as problem surges

Dudley Council is working alongside West Midlands Police to raise awareness of the dangers linked to taking the drug and is appealing for people to report where they are seeing canisters. Nitrous oxide is a colourless gas that people inhale, usually through a balloon from a pressurised metal canister.
