Grande Prairie records four COVID-19 recoveries, no new cases

The City of Grande Prairie added no new cases of COVID-19 along with four recoveries for Monday, June 28, meaning there are now 35 active cases in the city. In the County of Grande Prairie, there was one recovery and no new cases recorded on Monday. There are now five active cases there. Across Alberta, there were 61 new COVID-19 cases identified on June 28 following the competition of 3,453 tests, resulting in a 1.6 per cent test positivity rate. Updated case totals among Peace Region municipalities as of June 28 are as follows: City of Grande Prairie: 3,963 cases (35 active, 3,899 recovered, 29 deaths) County of Grande Prairie: 1,408 cases (five active, 1,398 recovered, five deaths)
