What started as a Southport couple’s chilly dinner out in Portland in September has become a steadily growing business venture with customers in 15 states, plans to create a line of heated outdoor furniture and new (sort of) professional titles for Colin Greig and Jocelyn Olsen, Hüga’s president of back-end operations and cheek executive officer.
A recent survey on Facebook asked the community who has the best pizza in the surrounding area and the votes are in! Personally, I have my favorite places to get a delicious pizza and it appears I am not alone with my selection. Bombing Range Brewing Company is probably my favorite wood fire pizza and second to them would be Stick and Stone Pizza in Richland.
Brickhouse Pizza in West Richland and Rocco s Pizza in Pasco definitely have my favorite specialty Pizza, that being their popular Pickle Face Pizza. Of course, these are only my own personal opinions, but let s see how they rated amongst the Tri-Cities!

Busker Bexly Hoops finds a way to fit into a small box as part of the 2021 Bread & Circus festival in Christchurch.
Christchurch performer Nathan Bonner, also known as Mulletman, has launched a new buskers festival that will run at the same time as its larger Bread & Circus rival. Bonner’s festival, which is called Salty Buskers Club, will feature six buskers performing in Akaroa on Thursday, Birdlings Flat on Friday, and New Brighton on Saturday and Sunday. The Akaroa event will also include an evening show starring all the performers. Bonner said he established the new event because he missed the New Brighton busking pitch and the busker evening shows that had been dropped since the Bread & Circus – World Buskers Festival was revamped in 2018.
“I am a big nerd and I wanted to do something that incorporated that and hospitality,’’ he said. “We wanted to create a space that nerds like me would love, but would also be welcoming for people like Nicole.” “I always thought it was a really solid idea.”
