Can t think of any real practical use at that sort of height - once you have lighting etc it s just a health hazard mostly for folk going down there. But if the shop wasn t in use / being refurbished perhaps you could raise the floor in significant section to get a properly useable height below - reconfiguring might almost double your useable floorspace.

The major firm was announced as development partner in a deal which was spruiked to bring $2.5 billion worth of investment into the new CBD.
Sunshine Coast Council made the announcement in November last year, with the deal involving council, Walker Corporation and council-owned SunCentral Maroochydore.
