Sean Caddle, of Driers Drive, Linlithgow, appeared back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court. He admitted previously that on March 10, at St Margaret’s Street, Dunfermline, within a car outside Asda St Leonard s and in other streets in Dunfermline, he shouted and swore at his partner, called her derogatory names and ran in front of her car whereby she was forced to stop. He then punched and banged on the car windows, kicked the car, causing damage to the wing mirror, attempted to enter the car, spat on her, threatened her with violence and removed her cat from the house.
