Moat Homes is seeking a partner to help deliver its £320m decade-long repairs and maintenance works programme.
The housing association is seeking a single provider to enter into a long-term agreement to deliver the works. The contract would begin in April 2022 and last until April 2032. Moat owns and manages 20,000 homes predominantly across the South East. It is also a Homes England delivery partner and currently develops approximately 600 new homes per year.
According to Moat, the procurement process is set to be undertaken via competitive dialogue, with a maximum of three organisations selected from the initial detailed solutions stage to participate in a ‘dialogue stage’, which will focus on key issues.

Biography
Paul is Interim Executive Director of MPP at Homes England. Paul was previously Director for High Growth Areas and New Settlements. Paul managed Homes England’s work at Northstowe in Cambridgeshire, securing planning permission for 3,500 homes and ensuring a programme of engineering works was established to facilitate delivery of those homes. Prior to joining Homes England, Paul held delivery roles with Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation and with Moat Homes in Kent and Essex, and first started working in development and regeneration on SRB funded programmes in West London and Hertfordshire.
