Jamaican superclass rally champion, Fraser McConnell, will be back in action at the weekend when the 2021 RallyX Nordic series resumes with rounds five and six at Arkala in Finland.
McConnell created history by becoming the first-ever Jamaican to win in the superclass category on May 1 in Nysum, Denmark. He drives a Ford Fiesta prepared by his team, OMSE, which has a 600hp turbocharged engine, four-wheel drive, six-speed sequential gearbox that has similar acceleration to a Formula One car. He has had commendable results in the last four rounds of the series having placed first in the opening round, third in rounds two and four, and fourth in round three of the series.
