Lycoming DA again rules cops were justified fatally shooting Texas man, reveals more details

WILLIAMSPORT – The Lycoming County district attorney has confirmed his preliminary determination police were justified in using deadly force against a Texas man on Feb. 11 following a pursuit that was preceded by an armed robbery.
District Attorney Ryan C. Gardner did so Wednesday when he released the results of a joint investigation by his office and state police into the fatal shooting of Clifford E. Wilbur Jr., 38, in Williamsport’s west end.

Glamorgan Archives want help to identify people in a series of photos, taken in Cardiff Docks.
Archivist Rhian Diggins said the images were a significant piece of the city s diverse history.
Ms Diggins said: Quite often the images that survive in collections tend to be of the great and the good , the wealthy and powerful who would be photographed due to the positions they held in business or society.
