Richland Police said 13-year-old Emaleigh Paier left home in her parents’ car with her 7-year-old autistic brother, Liam Hogan. The children left their on Farrell Lane around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday. Emaleigh was described as being five feet, 130 pounds, with brown and teal hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing knee-high black leather boots.
