ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Friday renewed pledge to enhance cooperation between the two countries in different fields.
The reaffirmation to boost the bilateral ties came during Prime Minister Imran Khan’s official visit to Saudi Arabia.
Prime Minister Khan arrived at Jeddah Airport on a three-day official visit. It is the prime minister’s third official visit to Saudi Arabia since he came to power in 2018.
The prime minister was warmly received by Saudi Crown Prince and Defence Minister Mohammed bin Salman.

JEDDAH (Dunya News) - Pakistan and Saudi Arabia on Friday signed multiple documents to enhance bilateral cooperation in the fields of energy, media, prisoners exchange and others.
The documents were signed during the visit of Prime Minister Imran Khan who arrived here on a three-day visit along with a high-level delegation.
Both Prime Minister Imran Khan and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman witnessed the signing of the agreements inked by the relevant ministers from both sides.

Jeddah, May 8 (IANS): Visiting Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and Saudi Arabia s Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman on Saturday have affirmed their commitment to fortify the upward trajectory in bilateral relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in Islamabad said.
The Prime Minister and the Crown Prince met in Jeddah and held wide-ranging talks on bilateral, regional and international issues, The Express Tribune quoted the Ministry as saying. The talks were marked by exceptional cordiality and a commitment to fortify the upward trajectory in the bilateral relationship. The two leaders reaffirmed the strong and historic bonds between the two countries rooted firmly in shared beliefs, common values, mutual trust and longstanding tradition of mutual support, it added.
