Islamabad: Visiting Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and Saudi Arabia s Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman on Saturday (May 8) have affirmed their commitment to fortify the upward trajectory in bilateral relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in Islamabad said.
The Prime Minister and the Crown Prince met in Jeddah and held wide-ranging talks on bilateral, regional and international issues, The Express Tribune quoted the Ministry as saying. The talks were marked by exceptional cordiality and a commitment to fortify the upward trajectory in the bilateral relationship.

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday arrived in Madina Munawara barefoot to pay his respects at Roza-e-Rasool (Peace be Upon Him).
On his arrival in the Holy City, the premier was received by Governor of Madina Prince Faisal bin Salman.
The prime minister was accompanied by his delegation including Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman, Senator Faisal Javed and Punjab minister Abdul Aleem Khan.

JEDDAH (APP) - Pakistan and Saudi Arabia agreed to give a strategic direction to their bilateral relations through a Saudi-Pakistan Supreme Coordination Council and diversify the existing bilateral political, economic, trade, defense and security ties.
The bilateral ties were discussed in the meeting between Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Prime Minister Imran Khan who arrive here Friday on three-day official visit to the Kingdom, according to a PM Office statement.
Following the meeting, both the leaders signed an agreement on Establishment of the Saudi-Pakistan Supreme Coordination Council (SPSCC) what Imran Khan hoped would play a catalytic role in fostering enhanced bilateral cooperation in all fields.

Agreements signed in presence of Prime Minister Imran Khan and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman following delegation-level talks
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia on Friday inked several agreements and memorandums of understanding aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation in a diverse range of fields, including energy, media, and prisoners’ exchange.
Witnessed by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Prime Minister Imran Khan, the signing ceremony occurred in Jeddah and included the relevant ministers from both countries. Among the agreements signed was an accord to form a Supreme Coordination Council that would strengthen bilateral cooperation in multiple fields. Another agreement pledged to exchange convicted prisoners of each other’s nationals, while a third aimed at countering criminal activities.
