Rapper Westside Gunn is a creative entrepreneur, best known as the founder of Griselda Records, the music label he launched in 2014.
Aside from music, Gunn has a passion for the arts: he loves fashion and collecting contemporary artwork, toys, and wrestling memorabilia.
In an interview with Business Insider, Gunn talks about his childhood on the east side of Buffalo, New York, and how he finally made enough money to buy all the art he never could growing up.
In the fifth grade, Alvin Lamar Worthy used to make comic books with his friends. They would map out story arcs and sketch out characters. Even back then, Worthy said, he knew he had a passion for the arts.
