Hamburg, 7 July 2021. Of the potential orders for 1 GW from Australia announced as on 14 June 2021 via an ad-hoc notification, the Nordex Group can confirm the order for the first project “MacIntyre” for 923 MW as a firm order intake for July 2021. The subsidiary of its customer Acciona Energía, Acciona Energía Australia Global PTY LTD, has ordered 162 Nordex N163/5.X turbines of the Delta4000 series.

Hamburg, 6 July 2021. The Nordex Group has closed the second quarter of 2021 with an order intake of 1,534.1 MW (Q2 2020: 888 MW). The intake of firm orders in the Projects segment (excluding the service business) reached a volume of 2,781.6 MW in the first half of 2021 (H1 2020: 2,531.9 MW).
From April to June 2021, customers ordered a total of 297 wind turbines for projects in nine countries. Europe accounted for about 54 percent of the order intake in the second quarter, Latin America about 46 percent. The strongest individual markets in Europe were Finland, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain, with regard to Latin America two high-volume orders came from Brazil.

Ein weiteres Projekt, das Polens Energiewende durch den Ausbau der erneuerbaren Energien und die Verringerung der Abhängigkeit von der Stromerzeugung aus fossilen Brennstoffen unterstützen wird: Der schwedische Windparkentwickler OX2 hat Ende Juni die Nordex Group mit der Belieferung von 15 Anlagen des Typs N117/3000 für den Windpark Huszlew beauftragt. Der Auftrag umfasst auch einen Premium-Service der Turbinen über den Zeitraum von 30 Jahren.

Hamburg, 5 July 2021. Another project that will support Poland’s energy transition by expanding the country’s renewable energy capacity and reducing dependency on power production from fossil fuels: end of June, Swedish wind farm developer OX2 placed an order with the Nordex Group to supply 15 N117/3000 turbines for the “Huszlew” wind farm. The order also includes a Premium Service of the turbines for a period of 30 years.
The 45 MW “Huszlew” wind farm will be built in the Mazowieckie province in East Poland. The Nordex Group will supply the N117/3000 turbines on tubular steel towers with hub heights of 120 metres.
