Police found the stolen Amazon van at Westwood OFFICERS from the Bradford on Avon neighbourhood policing team leapt into action to quickly arrest two suspects and save Christmas gifts after reports of an Amazon van being stolen. The delivery van containing hundreds of Amazon parcels was reported to have been stolen by two offenders in Junction Road, Bradford on Avon, at 12.40pm yesterday. PCs Louis Bowden and Ellie Porter deployed from Bradford on Avon and within minutes located the vehicle in the lane between Lower Westwood and Farleigh Hungerford and one of the suspects hiding nearby. Trowbridge response team 5 were right behind them and managed to arrest the outstanding suspect who had also gone to ground in nearby fields.
