The tripartite agreement between the Ministry Of Economy, Bank South Pacific (BSP) and Post Fiji Ltd to deliver transactional banking services to rural communities was going well, according to Post Fiji Ltd CEO Dr Anirudha Bansod.
He said this partnership was an opportunity to allow the banking arm into the rural community.
“Post Fiji delivers these banking services on behalf of BSP to the rural community,” he said.
“Because, as we see that any establishment of the bank in the rural community is not very easy, it’s very challenging, especially when you don’t get that sort of return on investment into your operational side.
