Florida-based Zaza New Cuban Diner has appointed Virginia Allen as director of Finance.

Florida-based Zaza New Cuban Diner has hired Victor Ganoe as SVP of Operations and Virginia Allen as director of Finance, according to a company press release.
In his role, Ganoe will oversee the five-unit fast casual s operations as well as operations for sister brands, Central Kitchen, Café Zaza. Most recently, Ganoe served as regional director for Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and oversaw the Southeast region including Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama markets.
