Government in Northern Ireland expires injust under two hours, with no agreement in sight. Sinn fein is refusing to be part of an Executive Led by the Democratic Unionist leader, Arlene Foster. The Northern Ireland secretary will have to decide whether to call a Snap Election. And the new £1 coin is released tomorrow but are these everyday machines ready for it .
