　　2019年，村里将原本的乡间小路修成了水泥路，接下来的两年，这条路在不断变化：从3.5米拓宽到了5.5米，从水泥路升级成了柏油路。在这个过程中，陈兰的“产业布局”实现了两次“升级”。　　第一次“升级”，是她在村里流转的土地翻了一番，从300多亩增加到了700多亩。目前，她将水稻种植发展到了邻近的几个镇，一共种植水稻2000多亩。第二次“升级”是布局循环农业，陈兰在稻田养起了生态鱼，水稻收割后种植中药材和蔬菜。“以前一亩地利润200元左右，现在一亩地利润15000元左右。” 　　便捷优质的公路为陈兰带来了高效益，也为当地村民和村集体增加了收益。村民周兴和将自家2亩多水田流转给陈兰，农忙时到陈兰的合作社务工。“土地流转费一亩一年450元，农忙务工150元一天，一年下来有一万多元收入。”

　　“方便太多了，对我们家属来说流程简化了，办起来也方便。”王某琪说。　　“为了方便群众，按照市上要求，中心医院专门开通了‘一站式服务’结算窗口。”遂宁市中心医院医保物价办主任陈建伟介绍，在产妇入院的时候，医院会告知产妇及其家属需要准备的资料，确保办理人员用最短的时间办完事项。　　“我们通过搭建信息平台、统一全市有关医保定点医院的信息接口，今年7月初实现了全市范围生育保险报销‘一站式’结算，全市13家有生育服务业务的医保定点医院已开通了生育保险医疗费用联网直接结算业务。”遂宁市医保局负责人介绍，遂宁将在全市所有有生育服务业务的医保定点医院建立生育保险“一站式服务”窗口，确保全面实现生育保险住院医疗费用“一窗口”办理、“一单制”结算。　　切实提高医保服务效能�
