WE all know that Lancashire is home to some fantastic and affordable properties. Most of them get snapped up quickly by eager buyers who are excited to get on the property ladder. However, other properties can remain on the market for years at a time and don’t seem to attract the attention of buyers. This doesn’t mean that there is anything wrong with the houses- in fact, there are some hidden gem properties lurking right at the bottom of the property sites. Some houses may have been marketed and priced incorrectly; other sellers may just be unlucky.
