Canon XA45 compact 4K camcorder now available in Africa

Canon Europe has launched the Canon XA45 compact 4K camcorder, now available in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The launch of the new series comes to satisfy the continuously growing market requirement for 4K content across multiple genres, including corporate, education, documentaries and film-making.
The 20x optical zoom professional camcorder, which has a 1⁄2.3 inch-type CMOS sensor, can record in 4K UHD or Full HD XF-AVC [1] and MP4 codecs, giving users creative flexibility. The XA45 follows on from the XA40 launched in 2019, with the addition of a 3G-SDI output terminal, allowing users to connect to broadcast standard equipment such as live streaming encoders, reflecting the increased need for professional IP connections.
