Quick-service oil changes will replace broasted chicken and po boy sandwiches at the former location of Mother Cluckers Kitchen restaurant in Palatine.
The Palatine plan commission was split on a developer s plan to build affordable housing, so it made no recommendation to the village council, which is expected to examine the issue in January.
