Reporter an improvement she hopes to achieve by calling on city departments and the board of supervisors to commit every spare budget dollar towards homelessness, Mental Health s. F. , as well as people who are struggling with Substance Use disorder. Those will be our priorities because we want to make sure that we change what we know people are frustrated over.
