Food delivery and restaurant discovery platform Zomato has overhauled its company board ahead of its much-anticipated public offering, bringing in five independent directors. Four of these independent directors are women. They are:
Aparna Popat, a professional badminton player.
Gunjan Tilak Raj Soni, chief executive of Zalora Group.
