Ashfield District Council said Zoe Jacques, 26, of Common Road, Huthwaite was given multiple warnings and was subsequently issued with a community protection notice following complaints from neighbours about rubbish dumping, waste and complaints of rats within the area. Despite these warnings, the council said Jacques did not remove and dispose of the waste in her garden. Continuing to breach her Community Protection Notice she was issued with a fixed penalty notice.
