The state insurance commissioner still has the power to decide what plans can and cant be sold if their states, but the bottom line is, insurers can extend current plans that would otherwise be canceled into 2014 and americans whose plans that have been canceled would choose to reenroll in the same kind of plan. Those who got cancellation notices do deserve and have received an apology from me. But they dont want just words.
