The Yendi Municipal Divisional Crime Officer, DSP Mr Joseph Guaino, has urged the public to endeavour to provide information on activities of suspicious persons in their respective communities to help in investigations.
He said the police were always prepared to ensure the security and safety of the public against activities of criminals who visited terror on businesses, including mobile money vendors and other financial institutions.
Mr Guaino warned that criminals would be made to face the full rigours of the law when apprehended and gave the assurance that the identity of informants would be protected.

Mr Ziblim Iddrisu Baba, TA-HA Enterprise Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has called on Ghanaians to cultivate the culture of patronizing electronic services to save their money during armed robbery, fire outbreaks among other calamities.
He said with armed robbery on the roads, fire outbreaks in the markets, traveling with large quantity of money and keeping at home and markets it was better to use electronic services.
Mr Iddrisu made the call during a stakeholder’s engagement meeting organized by TA-HA Enterprise Financial institution for its customers at Yendi in the Northern Region.
