WENZHOU, China, April 13, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Recently, the 2021 Youth Forum hosted by United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) successfully concluded. More than 60 youth representatives from 40 countries attended this forum, one of them, Wang Pengchao, a senior at Wenzhou-Kean University, spoke for China on drug prevention and treatment issues.

A number of deputies to the National People s Congress, China s top legislature, have called for legislation mandating punishment for those who abuse animals, as many such cases have been reported across the country in recent years.
