记者注意到，22日下午6点半，阜外医院内基本将患者全部转移。阜外医院副院长高传玉提到，医生和护士几乎是原班人马跟着病人去省医，保证对病人的照顾。高传玉介绍，医院目前最大的困难还是电力，呼吸机、除颤仪等都需要电，电的储备有限，虽然从北京、江苏、湖北等地调动了一些发电机，但还是缺电。 “就算是我们的人转移走了之后，但医院储备的血液、急救的药品，还有一些特殊的抢救物资都需要电力来维持保护。”高传玉提到，预计电力修复需要很长时间，大型医疗设备的修复也可能需要很长时间。 “目前医院还需要很长时间来恢复。首先需要排水，保证环境的安全问题，还要进行现成医疗设备的重整，我们的大型医疗设备，病人的检测、监护设备都受到了浸泡。我们会争取尽早恢复医院正常运转。”高传玉说。 (郑芳、宋�
