今日（7月15日）晚间，ST威龙披露了董事会决议公告。公告内容显示，董事会审议通过了《关于调整公司高级管理人员薪酬的议案》等议案。根据这份调薪议案，公司总经理的年度薪酬为45万元至100万元之间，按照议案中最低45万元计算，此次涨薪幅度为66%。
值得注意的是，2018年～2020年三年时间里，ST威龙的营收和归母净利润双双下滑，2020年亏损额更是达到2.2亿元。
公告显示，ST威龙董事黄振标以“薪酬方案幅度过大，薪酬标准应该具体化且具有可执行性，该议案没有具体的考核规定”为由，投出反对票。

财报数据显示，孙砚田自2014年至今任ST威龙董事、总经理，年度薪酬由2014年的9.719万元涨至2020年的27.108万元，六年间年薪涨幅为178.91%。
