Change at the top of Encore as MD and FD step down Richard Stuart-Turner Tuesday, February 23, 2021 The managing director and group finance director of The Encore Group are stepping down, with another longstanding director moving into the top role. Croisdale: I’m confident we are leaving Encore in the safest of hands Russell Croisdale, who has been managing director of the group since 2007, and group finance director Mike Williamson will both leave the business on Sunday (28 February). Croisdale will be succeeded by group production director David Cooper, supported by existing board members sales director Craig Allen, operations director Mark Eyeington and financial director Gary Joyce.
