A new generation of meditation studios is popping up with features that mimic luxury gyms – but purely for your mind.
Nestled on the fringe of Sydney’s CBD in Barangaroo is MYND Studios, which opened last week offering about 20 different teacher-led meditation classes throughout the day, with the aim of attracting city workers to sign up to its $50 weekly membership. The bright, large studio is carefully designed to promote calm, with a moss wall, nap pods and a post-class relaxation lounge.
