Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc., Cleveland, has acquired Zeman Bauelemente Produktionsgesellschaft mbH, a division of the Zeman Group. Based in Vienna, with facilities in Scheifling, Austria, Zeman Bauelemente is a designer and manufacturer of robotic assembly and arc welding systems that automate the tacking and welding of steel beams. Lincoln Electric is a manufacturer of arc welding products; automated joining, assembly, and cutting systems; plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment; and brazing and soldering alloys.
