threatened. and certainly there should not be any activity or military activity around nuclear power plants. so the chinese have been very clear with the russians and with the world that they would like to see this downgrade. they would like to see this calm down. they would like to see this problem go away. this peace plan may be their attempt at an off ramp, trying to have it both ways. the russians have said they kind of like this idea even though they are hockey painting the territory and invading the sovereignty of ukraine. the ukrainians, zelenskyy, has said that there are a couple interesting things in this proposal. like the respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity. president zelenskyy has said you know, i, president zelenskyy, would like to sit down and talk with president xi. so there is movement. there is movement at least between the ukrainians in the chinese. there are a lot of things that
