Apr 15, 2021 3:18 PM Daytona Beach, FL - One of the largest Jeep only events in the United States will make Volusia County and the surrounding areas its home starting next week. The 18th running of Jeep Beach begins next Monday (April 19) and county officials are expecting the event to bring around 20,000 jeeps and 200,000 attendees over the course of seven days. This year s running will also come with a platform, according to the event s organizers. This year s platform will be the Jeep Beach “Jamily” Reunion, which highlights the resilient character of Jeep enthusiasts coming together safely to re-connect and give back to our communities. This comes a year after Jeep Beach made the decision to cancel it s 17th running because of the COVID-19 pandemic. To accommodate the increased demand for vehicular access ramps, the county will open six additional beach access ramps this weekend—Seminole Avenue, Rockefeller Drive, River Beach Drive, Boylston Avenue,
