ZEELAND Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital has been recognized for excellence in patient safety.
The hospital was a recipient of the Excellence Award through the Economic Alliance for Michigan’s (EAM) 2021 Hospital Patient Safety Awards. The awards recognize hospitals in Michigan for consistently high marks and improvements in patient safety and quality of care.
“Even during a pandemic, our team has remained vigilant and dedicated to preventing hospital-acquired conditions from occurring,” stated Joe Klesney, interim president and chief operating officer of Zeeland Community Hospital. “This award demonstrates that patient safety has always been and remains our top priority.”
