Purdy Kindergarten student Amos Van Luai stole audience members hearts with his vocal and dance routine, Im a Gummy Bear, at the annual all-school talent show, Purdys Got Talent! held Saturday, March 13. Purdy seventh grade vocalist Courtney Patterson wowed Purdys Got Talent! judges and earned a first place medal in the 6-8 division with her rendition of Bruno Mars Count on Me, a performance which she dedicated to her siblings, noting, I want them to know they can always count on me.
