A victim fatally shot in her car Friday morning in a northern Virginia neighborhood has been identified as 23-year-old Egypt Zapporah Carter of Burlington, North Carolina.
In the early hours of February 2, 2024, the Prince William police responded to a shooting in the vicinity of Bronson Court and Brickwood Drive in Dale City.
