Zap Viva International gets green light from Portuguese regulator Wednesday 17 February 2021 | 15:35 CET | News Portugal s Media Regulatory Authority (ERC) has licensed thematic TV channel Zap Viva International, which will have national coverage, reports Lusa. The request was submitted last November by Upstar, whose shareholders are Portuguese telecommunications operator Nos (30%) and Kento Holding (70%), a company owned by Angolan businesswoman Isabel dos Santos. The new TV channel will be subscription-based and will air general entertainment programmes including talk shows, reality shows, soap operas, serials and interviews.
