Good morning, i am San Franciscos director of transportation. Were here today to have a conversation about our budget. Even though that you have a lot of other things on your minds. These are unprecedented times. Many of you are having to deal with children unexpectedly being at home and you are having to deal with worrying about how you will pay your rent or how to keep your families safe.
