Indonesia, Eswatini exhibit native handicrafts in Taipei

Taipei, April 23 (CNA) Indonesia, Eswatini and some Latin American countries participated in the Giftionery and Culture Creative Exhibit to introduce the country s handicrafts to Taiwan in a bid to promote trade.
The exhibit, organized by the Taipei World Trade Center, opened on Thursday, with the physical part being held at the Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1 until Sunday, and the online part to last until May 21.
Budi Santoso, chief of Indonesian Economic and Trade Office to Taipei (IETO), told CNA during an interview that although Indonesia s rich raw materials for craft products give the country an advantage in the global market, the era for raw materials exportation has ended.
