Komani-born physical chemistry lecturer and researcher Dr Zikhona Tywabi-Ngeva noticed the need for career guidance among students from disadvantaged backgrounds, which posed problems for lecturers in tertiary institutions, so she came back home and established an NPO, the Dr ZTN Foundation to help change lives through education.
