The Democratic Party president ial contender joe biden has unveiled his plan to address economic disparities in americas minority communities. In a speech in his home town of wilmington, mr biden said he would spend tens of billions of dollars to help people of colour overcome, what he called, the racial wealth gap, if he wins the election in november. Joe biden really is ramping up his campaign, turning up the rhetoric against donald trump.
