The four that are not in cabinet now include Charlottetown-Winsloe MLA Zack Bell, Montague-Kilmuir MLA Cory Deagle, Morell-Donagh MLA Sidney MacEwen and Souris-Elmira MLA Colin LaVie, who is speaker.
