Carrie E. Patten, 40, of 150 Yantic St., Unit 303, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility, unsafe backing, second-degree breach of peace and two counts of third-degree criminal mischief.
Patrick P. Santora, 40, of 126 Midway Oval was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and two counts of risk of injury to child.
Jacob C. Switzer, 39, of 9 Sullivan Drive, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Kyle L. Veltjes, 28, of Westfield, Mass., was charged Monday with traveling unreasonably fast and possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce cannabis.
