A doctor testified Tuesday that Zachary Holly did not have a mental disease that would have prevented him from following the law when he raped and killed 6-year-old Jersey Bridgeman.
Holly's defense is arguing that more should have been done to show that he has brain damage, which could have affected his ability to understand his rights and make a voluntary confession.
