The National Retail federation says the average Holiday Shopper completed about 50 of their shopping by the second week of december. And about one third of those shoppers bought their Holiday Gifts this last week. We got a lot of stuff. Were going to see santa today. Retail experts say, jewelry, clothing, and shoes are among the products with the deepest discounts compared to last year.
