LINCOLN, IL The Lincoln College Chapter of The National Society of Leadership and Success held an induction and awards ceremony April 24 for its Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 cohorts. The spring cohort, who had a virtual induction last April, were invited to participate in the in-person ceremony.
Fall 2020 inductees included: Alex Anderson, Alex Bergin, Shannon Cabit and Sabrina Kelsey, all of Lincoln and Fikirte Mott of Mount Pulaski.
Spring 2021 inductees included: Ethan Aughenbaugh of Clinton, Jaden Eilts of Hopedale, Bayleigh Gillum of Lawndale, Chole Laubenstein, Ashlyn Lessen and Zachary Smith, all of Lincoln.
Once inducted, members can pursue additional leadership training certifications. The Lincoln College Chapter is proud to award the Advanced Leadership Certification to the following local students: Paige Bush and Shannon Cabit, both of Lincoln.
Professional clothing drive at Lincoln College
Donations accepted through Feb. 26

LINCOLN, IL –Lincoln College’s Chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success will be collecting nearly or gently used professional clothing and accessories Feb. 15 – Feb. 26 for the NSLS Career Closet, which provides Lincoln College students access to free professional and business-appropriate attire. Nearly 60 students took advantage of the service at last year’s event.
Donations should be work-appropriate, clean, and ready to wear. The NSLS Career Closet is hoping to receive donations of gently used suits, dress pants, ties, belts, blazers, blouses, skirts, dresses, or dress shoes community members no longer need. The organization will also accept monetary donations to assist with purchasing in-demand items and dress socks.
